Founding directors Peter Loudon and Kathryn Loudon have always had an interest in property, read that to also mean a very limited knowledge of the share market.
Focusing on what we knew, we first built a home which subsequently became an investment property. From small beginnings we have continued to develop the business.
Peter started with Aussie Home Loans and helped many hundreds of people get into a property. The time came for us to develop our own enterprise and with gratitude to Aussie Home Loans we did just that. In fact Peter was even invited to re join Aussie some months after leaving. It was an honour to be asked.
Now many years on, the business has grown to incorporate home loans, investment finance, debt consolidation, commercial finance, family pledge and the first home buyer utilising FHOG – First Home Owners Grant.
Peter’s greatest attribute in the process is his pleasant and helpful rapport. He has natural empathy with people of all walks and at the end of the day it is a people business. People are seeking a home loan, and people at the various lending institutions approve the applications. That integration can play a vital role.

During those same years, Kathryn also trained and became an accredited mortgage consultant through the Aussie brand and worked predominantly in the office, compiling files, liaising with the lenders, clients and legal representatives to get deals approved and settled.
Kathryn also holds a degree in small business management and previously held senior positions in multi national companies, both in Australia and abroad. Her accounting, company structure, best practice and office management knowledge are valued skills in the business.
